I operate a fair and ethical lettings policy whereby my tenants are appreciated & well looked after, and the quality of the houses & internal presentation is high. Suggestions for additions and improvements to my properties are more than welcome and ususally acted upon, to the extent of adding additional bathrooms and living space where possible.
